building the cargo rack with Steve

Steve and I designed, welded and bolted this steel cargo rack using a 220v miller mig welder and standard 1″ and 3/4″ sqaure steel tube from lowes. It took about seven hours and we finished around one am on 10/12/11.  The cargo boxes on the sides of the bike are Bostitch $30 waterproof plastic tool boxes. I bought the rear trunk at Superjuiced.com in Hedgesville Wv from Bruce. Thanks everyone so far for all the help and remember “We like em big!”. There ya go Steve.

  1. So what is the final cost of the entire luggage setup and the combined volume? Looks to be optimized for wheelies.
