The most beautiful sunset the goose and I’ve ever seen
You sure picked a cold time of the year for this. 😯 But I wish I was going with you.
Loved the blog!! Was great!! Miss u so much!! Glad you are enjoying urself, you kno I am always thinking about you! Xoxox muah!!
You would think camping would be free or just a few buck, but it seems that private campgrounds fees can be as much as half of the motel costs, without any of the comforts (but they DO come with such amenities as a picture-perfect sunrise 🙂 You may want to holler at some farmers and see if you can camp on their property, just tell them a little about your trip and promise them that you will leave no trace.
I really wish we could have continued the trip with you, but at this point all I can do is wish you good luck and happy camping!
By the way, the ride back was awesome. We were only on the interstates for maybe a total of two hours, the other nine or ten hours we spent on smooth, winding, and traffic-free roads through some of the most beautiful farmland surrounded by mountains of autumn foliage. We will meet you next year on your way back and hit up some more country roads together!
As I get more comfortable on the road I hope to learn some cheaper ways to lodge. I’m really glad you guys enjoyed your ride back and I promise that we’ll do a big trip in the future. All we have to do is go for it.
Count me in on that trip if it is ok. Hopefully I still have my bike when that time comes around
